It is very important that your car is ready when the carrier arrives for pick up. He will call you 2-4 hrs in advance to set a meeting time. You may cancel at any time prior to a carrier being dispatched for a refund. After a carrier has been dispatched if your car is not available for pick up for any reason the deposit will not be refunded.
You may assign to a friend or representative to give your keys to the driver or take delivery of your vehicle. Please make sure this person is aware that a full vehicle inspection will be performed on pick up and delivery and that signing the bill of lading is the only legal document that insurance companies use regarding damage claims.
For your protection take pictures prior to pick up if possible and inspect the vehicle on delivery in a well lit area. Damage is extremely rare but MUST be documented on the bill of lading.
The Carrier’s responsibility begins when the the bill of lading for your vehicle is signed on pick up and ends when it is signed off on delivery. The driver will need the balance due upon delivery in cash, they do not accept personal checks or credit cards. You will be given a cash receipt.
Please clean your car for inspection so that both you and the driver can easily agree on the condition of your car.
- Please provide a set of keys for the driver on pickup.
- We must have a good contact numbers for both your pick up and delivery contacts.

- Alarms need to be entirely disabled, disconnected and turned off.
- Usually the driver can allow 100lbs or less of personal items in the car. Any more than that and he runs the risk of being fined at the highway weigh stations at each state border. Understand that personal items will NOT be covered by the carriers insurance so it will be entirely at your own risk. Do not include anything of high value.
- Any items put in the back seat must not be higher than the bottom of the window ledges so that the driver has an unobstructed view out of all windows to drive your car on and off the carrier safely.
- After market luggage racks, ski racks and bike racks should be removed.
- Prepare your vehicle for the climate of your new destination. Inspect your fluid levels, transmission oil, engine coolant, etc.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions please allow an extra time for delivery.
